"Jeff, did an outstanding job representing us in our condo sale. I reached out literally a year in advance of the sale to begin exploring timing and seeking advice for when and how much we should list for, when we were ready to let it go. Jeff was diligent about staying in touch regularly throughout that year, and until we reached our agreed timing. One month out from our decision, Jeff came to visit the property and made condition recommendations, made picture taking plans, and got us set up with an app to approve showings once listed. Jeff was very responsive with any question, if I communicated he responded quickly, didn't matter... phone call, text, or email! This was our first real estate sale and Jeff held our hand the entire way through! We took his advice on when to post on various cites, how much to list for and we got a lot of trafficwith offers ending well over original list, in an, according to media "softening real estate market". "When we moved to Columbia, we knew absolutely no one. We found Jeff as a referral from the Lampo Group and he has been beyond fabulous. He worked with us to find what we wanted and while he told us what he thought would be the best option for housing for our situation, he never pushed us when we went a different direction. Instead he went above and beyond to help us find the right housing per our requirements. We were in town for 2 days to house hunt, and he spent both days showing us a total of 25 houses, then did all the footwork for us when we made an offer since we were still out of state. We were 3 weeks from our move-in date when the house closed, and Jeff picked up our keys and stopped by the house to check on it and grab any mail during that time.I can't say enough great things about Jeff, and we will definitely be calling him for our next real estate transaction in Boone County. Between his knowledge of his market and realty in general and his over-all friendliness and honesty, any future realtor we work with in other places has huge shoes to fill."

"My fiancée and I had an excellent experience with Jeff. When we started looking for homes, we were total newcomers to Columbia. Jeff drove us around the city and gave us a personal tour of neighborhoods and areas of town that might work for us. We searched for homes over the course of 1 1/2 years and Jeff was extremely patient—we never felt rushed. We were first time home buyers and had a complicated contract that ended up falling through (no fault of Jeff!) and he explained it every step of the way and made us feel calm and confident.
